1. How much time will it take to receive my order?

Here's what you can expect:

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (CDT). Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day, which may add one extra day to your delivery.

Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order is processed, one of our trusted carriers ships it to you.

Transit Time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are offering free standard shipping on all U.S. orders without any minimum purchase or orders required. You can learn more about it in our Shipping Policy.


3. Where is Zavarrie located?

Zavarrie is a U.S. based decor brand, focused on lighting lamps.
All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partners to make sure the delivery is quick and reliable.


4. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

We want every customer to receive products in the best condition.
If you see that your order has arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach us within 30 days of delivery, and we will refund it at no cost.

5. Can I cancel my order once it has placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@zavarrie.com. You can cancel any time before your order has been shipped. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. 


6. Can I know What is your return policy?

Yes, Of course! We offer an easy and stress free 30 day return process.
If  you feel that you’re not fully satisfied, just contact us and we’ll definitely help you with the whole return process.

7. When will I receive my refund after returning a product?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund. Your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.


8. Are there warranties or guarantees included in your products?

Yes. All Zavarrie products come with a 30-day quality assurance guarantee.
If you experience an issue, we will gladly refund your item in line with our Return Policy.

Our dedicated support team would be there to help with the inquiries related to orders, and products and also the general inquiries.


10. Do you ship internationally?

No, Sorry! Currently, we ship only within the United States only.
We are exploring international expansion in the future!  stay connected with us!


11. Do you have a physical store?

No, Zavarrie operates exclusively online.
This approach allows us to keep our operations more efficient and pass savings directly to our customers.


12. Do you accept a bulk or wholesale order?

Yes! We accept bulk or business orders for selected products.

13. Can I exchange a product ?

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

If you'd like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund (if eligible). This ensures faster processing and product availability.


14. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your shipment directly on our Track Your Order page.
